The New England Revolution currently sit at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings, but head coach Bruce Arena promises brighter days ahead.

Appearing on Thursday's "Zolak & Bertrand," Arena confidently stated the organization "will be bringing in some better players" in the near future.

"I can promise you when the day comes and we have a stadium in downtime Boston, we're going to be fighting off people to come here and play," Arena said. "I think the next five years or so, I think you're going to see some great improvement by the Revolution."

To say it's been a disappointing season for the Revolution would be an understatement. They currently hold a 4-5-8 record and fired head coach Brad Friedel last month.

But as Arena takes Friedel's place, Revs fans can at least be encouraged by their new head coach's positive outlook on the team's future.
