Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers live stream: Watch NBA game online

For the Celtics, there aren't many silver linings about Tuesday night's brutal overtime loss to the Nets.

After all, Boston blew a 21-point second half lead at home to a sub-.500 team, allowed 51 points in the fourth quarter alone, and lost both Gordon Hayward and Jaylen Brown with injuries.

Searching for any good news in that devastation is a near-impossible task, but here's the only good thing about it: There's no time for the Celtics to wallow in the loss.

Instead, the Celtics lineup — or rather, what's left of it — will be back in action Wednesday night in Cleveland, taking on the worst team in the Eastern Conference.

Brad Stevens will have to roll out a makeshift lineup for the contest, with Kemba Walker, Hayward, and Brown already ruled out.

Luckily for Stevens, he should have Jayson Tatum available. The reigning Eastern Conference Player of the Month had to miss Tuesday's contest due to illness, but he's probable against the Cavs.

Here's how to watch the Celtics vs. Cavaliers, including NBC Sports Boston's pregame coverage, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Will Danny Ainge live up to his "Trader Danny" nickname at this year's NBA trade deadline?

Clint Capela was a potential target until he was traded to Atlanta on Tuesday night, but there are other big pieces the Celtics could add if they decide to shake things up. Then again, Ainge might decide that standing pat is his best option.

"I think our No. 1 need is health," Ainge said on NBC Sports Boston's "Celtics Pregame Live" Monday evening. "I think we're going to look to see if there's ways to strengthen the end of our bench."
