Anthony Miller to Madden 19 creators: ‘Did you guys watch me?'

Excitement over Madden 19 is building as the game's creators continue to leak gameplay videos, screenshots and player ratings in advance of the August 10 release.

One player who is less than thrilled with his rating is Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Anthony Miller, who questioned whether the Madden staff watched him play before issuing his grade.

Miller was given a 74 rating, good for fifth-best among rookie pass-catchers.

"Did you guys watch me, before you all did the ratings? Or no," he said with a sarcastic tone.

Miller can prove the Madden scouts wrong with a big rookie season. He's bringing a unique skill set to Chicago's offense that will allow him to play effectively from the slot or when lined up outside.

Allen Robinson and Taylor Gabriel will begin the season as the primary outside receivers, but Miller could quickly prove he belongs near or at the top of Trubisky's progressions. If he does, he can expect a big jump in his rating for next year's Madden football.
