Bears legend and special team GOAT Devin Hester is on the clock... this time for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

With the 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame class being announced last night at the NFL Honors show, the debate for the 2022 begins.

And that means Hester is eligible since it'll have been five years since he played in the NFL.

It'll be a tall order for Hester to be inducted in his first year of eligibility. There are a lot of other notable greats who are also eligible for the first time, like DeMarcus Ware, Steve Smith Sr., Robert Mathis, Andre Johnson, Vince Wilfork, and Anquan Boldin.

Hester should be a shoo-in though, he hosts a slew of NFL records including total combined special team touchdowns (20), most non-offensive touchdowns (20), most kickoff and punt return touchdowns (19) and many others.

Hester also held the record for quickest score in Super Bowl history at 14 seconds until the Seahawks safety against the Broncos beat the record at 12 seconds.
