Vegas seems to think that the Bears are firmly entrenched in the NFL's 2nd-tier of teams, and honestly that sounds about right. The Bears' defense will keep them in any game, but you're not going to get 6/1 or 8/1 odds with an offense that was, optimistically, league average.
