Bears players are now publicly demanding an ARob extension

The Allen Robinson Extension saga kicked into a whole different gear on Tuesday, after the Bears' receiver quietly removed all traces of the team's logo from his social media accounts

Twitter then did what Twitter typically does, which is drum up a whole bunch of unhealthy panic, anger, and B-rate jersey swaps. The threads were endless. And this all happened BEFORE today's main event. That would be the Bears locker room getting in on the #extendAR revolution (that's what we're calling it right?):

This feels ... significant? If multiple players inside the Bears' locker room publicly pushing for Robinson's extension isn't significant (it is), at the very least it's notable. It also speaks to the level of respect he commands inside Halas Hall, which is less news to anyone and moreso another reminder of his value to the Bears, who, you'll remember, have not yet extended him.

Nothing like that 1-0 feeling.
