Mitch Trubisky joined an exclusive club in Bears history on Sunday.

During the Week 17 clash against the Packers, a Trubisky completion to Allen Robinson was the his 1,000th for Chicago.

That puts him on a short list of Bears quarterbacks to reach that milestone with Jay Cutler and Jim Harbaugh.

Most Bears fans wouldn't probably view that as a desirable list to be on, but given the Bears' 100-plus years of history it's certainly a notable achievement despite not having a rich quarterback tradition like Green Bay or Dallas.

Cutler is the only Bears' quarterback to pass the 2,000 mark, and he holds the franchise record with 2,020.

Sid Luckman (904) and Jim Miller (874) are just short of that 1,000 mark, and Erik Kramer is ahead of them with 913.

Meanwhile, the Bears and Trubisky will wait to discuss whether they'll be in each other's future.

Robinson, the recipient of that milestone pass, also is headed towards free agency. His agent had thoughts on the milestone too.
