The Bears will reportedly lose another player to a season-ending surgery. According to Ian Rapoport, Roy Robertson-Harris will undergo shoulder surgery this week, ending his 2020 campaign.
Robertson-Harris missed Sunday’s game against the Titans, but had played around half of the Bears’ defensive snaps in six of the other eight games. While he has been held without a sack this season, he does have five QB hits, a tackle for loss, and a blocked kick.
Next up on the depth chart for the Bears is Mario Edwards, Jr., who has two sacks on the season.
The Bears placed offensive lineman James Daniels on Injured Reserve with a pectoral muscle injury last month.
Robertson-Harris will be an unrestricted free agent next this offseason, according to Spotrac.
