In the last non-divisional game they'll play for a month, it's on to Buffalo for the Bears this Sunday. If a lot of the chatter around Halas Hall this week sounded familiar, you're right! For the second straight week, the Bears playing a team they should probably beat while dealing with injury concerns surrounding Khalil Mack and Allen Robinson. There was also more of the usual Trubisky aruging this week, but that will never stop. Ever. We're all stuck in an endless loop.
Here's what's been happening in the lead up to Sunday's Bears-Bills matchup:
- In fact, it's been so similar, that Mack and Robinson are following the exact same injury plan as last wek.
- There's still not much known about Mack's status for Sunday. We know Kyle Long won't play, but not a lot is known about his injury either.
- For what it's worth, a lot of people (including some ont his here website!) think resting Mack this weekend makes the most sense.
- As for players that will be on the field, Mitch Trubisky will have his hands full with the Bills' defense on Sunday.
- We might see a lot more of Scramblin' Mitch, too.
- With that said, the Bears are still heavy favorites, having one of the largest lines of any NFL game this week.
