From Comcast SportsNetTAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth has been released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who signed him after injuries decimated their roster midway through last season. General manager Mark Dominik announced the move Wednesday, saying he appreciated Haynesworth filling in for seven games and that he wishes the 350-pound tackle the best moving forward. The veteran of 10 NFL seasons was claimed off waivers from the New England Patriots on Nov. 8. He started six games for Tampa Bay, finishing with 25 tackles. Haynesworth developed into one of the league's top defensive linemen during seven seasons with the Tennessee Titans, but has underperformed since signing a seven-year, 100 million deal with the Redskins in 2009.
Antoine Griezmann, you just won the World Cup, what are you going to do next?
Apparently, profess his love for Derrick Rose.
In the celebrations of France winning the World Cup on Sunday, French forward Griezmann spotted his teammate Paul Pogba getting interviewed by FOX Sports. Recognizing this was the American audience, Griezmann took the mic from FOX's Jenny Taft and had one thing to say:
"I love Derrick Rose."

Griezmann, who scored a goal in France's 4-2 win against Croatia in the final, is a big NBA fan. He has been spotted at multiple games over the years, including Game 5 of the 2017 Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Cavs.
This also isn't the first time he has made a comment about D-Rose. He recently signed a contract extension with his club team, Atletico Madrid, but a year ago said the only way he would leave was to play with Rose.
"I would only leave Atleti to play with Derrick Rose," Griezmann said through translation.
In 2015 he posted an image of himself in a Derrick Rose Bulls jersey to his Instagram.
Later that year he took in a Bulls game and got a photo with Joakim Noah.
Maybe when the 27-year-old is ready to leave Europe, he will join a Major League Soccer team just so he can watch more NBA games.
After producing one-liners as amusing as “I’m looking to do the exact opposite of work,” in his reality TV debut, Jay Cutler was at it again.
The former Bears quarterback had more gems to offer in the second episode of his wife’s reality show, “Very Cavallari.” Cutler’s general apathy towards, well, everything continued.
In one of the more unintentionally funny lines of the show, Kristin Cavallari, Cutler’s wife and the star of the show, said Cutler has no game. Keep the giggles to yourselves, Bears fans.
She wistfully talked about how much fun the couple used to have early in their relationship until Cutler cut her off and said “You decided to go to bed at 8:45 every night.”
“He can be a little s*** sometimes, but he makes me laugh,” Kristin Cavallari said of her husband on the show.
That line might be something Bears fans can relate to.
While the show has plenty of your standard reality show drama, Cutler’s scenes are a humorous change of pace. The way things are going, Cutler could be in for a bigger part. In the meantime, maybe Bears fans will skip around until Cutler appears on camera.
Jay. The breakout star. Who knew. #VeryCavallari— Kristin Cavallari (@KristinCav) July 16, 2018
Who knew? Bears fans, Kristin. All Bears fans knew.
