Saad — who was traded to the Colorado Avalanche on Oct. 10 — paid $1.47 million for the 4,500 square-foot property back in 2017, according to the Tribune.

Per the home's Redfin listing, it was built in 2013 and also sports 4.5 bathrooms, a heated garage, a media room and hardwood floors.
