On Sunday, the NHL Network released its list of the league's "Top 20 Wings" and Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane again received a prime ranking.
Kane, the lone Hawks forward on the list, came in at No. 5. The three-time Stanley Cup champ was behind Washington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin, who grabbed the No. 4 spot.
The 31-year-old cornerstone of the Hawks' golden age was No. 5 on the same list for its July edition.
Patrick had 84 points (33 goals, 51 assists) through 70 games for the 2019-20 regular season and added nine points (two goals, seven assists) in nine games in the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Kane's former linemate in Chicago, Artemi Panarin — now with the New York Rangers — landed the top spot. Panarin was a Hart Trophy finalist this year. The hardware is awarded to the player most valuable to his team.
