MONTREAL, Quebec -- Troy Brouwer left the game with an apparent right shoulder injury with 13:07 remaining in the third period of the Chicago Blackhawks' game against the Canadiens on Tuesday night.

Brouwer was skating toward Canadiens center Lars Eller, who sidestepped his attempted hit. Brouwer went up in the air and fell right-shoulder first along the boards. Brouwer was down for several moments before skating off on his own, his right shoulder hanging limp.

The Blackhawks already have their share of injuries. Patrick Sharp is out with a left-knee injury and Dave Bolland is out with a concussion.
