Michael Porter's mistake encouraged the humorous side of NBA Twitter

It looks like Nuggets rookie Michael Porter Jr. might be in the doghouse of NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.

The Denver Nuggets forward appeared to be a part of a meeting between Silver and the league's rookie class. He took to Snapchat to send out a light-hearted message to let his loyal followers know that he was getting a little bit hungry, however, he forgot to censor out a key piece of information: the contact info for Silver.

The since-deleted Snapchat story featured Porter sitting at a table with New York Knicks No. 3 overall draft pick RJ Barrett and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver's office and cell phone numbers are shown, as well as what appears to be his business email address.

NBA Twitter is quick to have fun when someone slips up, and there were plenty of jokes to go around at Porter's expense, including our very own John Sabine of the Bulls Outsiders getting in on the action!

There has been no follow up yet from Silver or the league as far as if Porter will be punished for this mishap but considering the forgiving nature of Silver, we wouldn't expect anything harsh if at all in terms of disciplinary actions.

Porter will be starting his rookie year in the 2019-20 season after missing all of the 2018-19 season due to knee and back issues. His season has certainly gotten off to a rough start off the court, so here's to hoping things are on the upswing for Porter when he gets back to on the court action.
