The NBA Trade Deadline isn't till this early afternoon, but already there has been some hefty action. The Knicks sent Kristaps Porzinigis to the Dallas Mavericks, the Mavericks sent Harrison Barnes to the Sacramento Kings and oh yeah, the Bulls sent Bobby Portis and Jabari Parker to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Otto Porter Jr.
NBC Sports National NBA Insider Tom Haberstroh will be breaking down all the action before and after the deadline in two different specials streamed exclusively in the MyTeams App. The first episode will start at 11 a.m. CT and will Haberstroh will be joined by NBA Insiders and experts from the NBC Sports regional sports networks to breakdown the moves that already happened and to discuss trades in the works as the final minutes tick away.
Then at 2 p.m. CT there will be another special, this time breaking down all the trades that happened and looking toward the second half of the season.
NBC Sports Chicago's Mark Schanowski, host of Bulls Pregame and Postgame Live, will join Haberstroh on the show to specifically break down the moves Chicago has made, notably the Porter move and how that could impact their standing in the NBA Draft Lottery.
