Thad Young and his wife Shekinah show love with gift baskets for delivery drivers

Sometimes the most trying times are the best times to show love and gratitude.

Thad Young and his wife Shekinah have found an inventive way of doing just that during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the front steps of the Young residence, Shekinah set up a catch-all gift basket of snacks, bottled water and homemade sanitizer for food and mail delivery drivers still working while many others are able to hole up at home. Thad showcased it on his Twitter Tuesday afternoon:

“We so appreciate y’all,” Young says in his video. Decorating the basket is a custom sign that reads: “Thank you to our fabulous delivery drivers. We appreciate all your hard work.”

A heartening gesture amidst a strenuous period for a lot of people.
