This summer, Lollapalooza is expanding to four days as the iconic festival celebrates its 25th anniversary!

To help celebrate, we will be taking a look at each year of the festival and what was going on in the world of Chicago sports at that time.

Notable Chicago sports moment: Bears draft Devin Hester in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft and he will go on to become one of the most dynamic players in team history.

Cubs: 6th in NL Central
White Sox: 3rd in AL Central
Blackhawks: 4th in Central
Bears: 1st in NFC North, lost Super Bowl to Colts 29-17
