Bears Grades: Robbie Gould sets team record vs. Packers

Robbie Gould converted all three of his field goals, one from 50 yards, and both extra points, and is now the Bears’ all-time leader, breaking a tie with Kevin Butler.

More than the stat, Gould allowed the Bears to realize points from possessions that reached inside the Green Bay 35 but failed to get into the end zone.

Pat O’Donnell needed to punt just once, for 56 yards, a sideline boot out of bounds that flipped the field in the first half. Marc Mariani brought his one punt return back 11 yards and averaged 24 yards on his two kickoff returns.

If there was a weakness it lay in kickoff coverage, with Ty Montgomery bringing back three returns an average of 35 yards.
