The Bears are just a few days removed from completing a 3-13 season in 2016.

Head coach John Fox and general manager Ryan Pace will both have year-end press conference on Wednesday to recap the season and look ahead to the offseason. CSN will air both press conferences with coverage beginning at 11 a.m. Chris Boden will host CSN's broadcast.

This will be the start of the third year in charge for both Pace and Fox. One of the major topics for Fox will be his coaching staff and what changes will take place to it.

In addition, the Bears are in prep mode for the 2017 NFL Draft. The coaching staff will coach the Senior Bowl, which will give the team an up close view of potential draft picks. The Bears have the third pick in the draft and as of now have eight picks with two in the fourth round.

Pace and Fox could talk up the optimism some of the players showed by saying the Bears will make a big leap in 2017. The Bears had a lot of injuries in 2016 and the rookie class showed promise, notably Jordan Howard's Bears rookie record for rushing yards.

Tune into CSN at 11 a.m. on Wednesday to see what Fox and Pace say about the state of the Bears.
