Brian Urlacher has hair! Check out the former Bears LB's 'do

Retirement has been good to Brian Urlacher, and he's got a new head of hair to prove it.

Seriously.

The former Bears linebacker went on WGN Tuesday morning to show off his brown locks (and also tossing in a promotional plug, but hey).

WGN's Robin Baumgarten tweeted a picture with Urlacher that shows off the new hair a little closer. It looks good, but it's also incredibly odd to see No. 54 with anything but a bald head.

As far as we can tell, it's the first time Urlacher has had any real semblance of hair since 2006, but even that was more a buzz/crew cut than the locks he's sporting now.

Good for Brian. Weird for us.

UPDATE: CSN Bears analyst and former teammate of Urlacher, Lance Briggs, got in on the fun.

Josh Bellamy fined $10k for chop block on Rams' Aaron Donald

Josh Bellamy's wallet got a little lighter this week.

It was reported on Saturday night that Bellamy was hit for a little over $10k in fines for a chop block on Rams star DE Aaron Donald:

The block came on the Bears' 2nd drive of the game, which ended in a Cody Parkey field goal.

Bellamy's making $1.9 million this season, but losing $10k no doubt stings nonetheless. Aaron Donald, man.

Reddit story once again proves that Prince Amukamara is a pretty good dude

Prince Amukamara seems like a pretty good dude.

Yesterday, someone took to reddit to briefly give the cornerback props for giving his best friend's brother a signed jersey:

Rams fan here w/ a dope story: One of my best friends' brother, who has special needs, met Prince at his work. Got a picture with him, and at some point asked him if he could get a jersey. Next day, in comes Prince with a signed authentic. Amazing guy. Can pick off Goff all he wants now.

It's a great story, and a testament to the kind of impact these players can have on the everyday lives of fans. Plus now apparently he can pick off Goff all he wants!
