Larry Fitzgerald says Bears' Alshon Jeffery ‘next in line for big payday'

Larry Fitzgerald knows a thing or two about long-term success in the NFL and signing huge contracts. Now the Arizona Cardinals franchise player has a hunch on what fellow receiver is on the verge of the next huge deal.

"Alshon [Jeffery] is I think the next in line for a big payday," Fitzgerald told CSNChicago.com during an interview presented by Visa Checkout.

"He's unbelievable in terms of his hand-eye coordination. The plays the guy continues to make, I mean he's really, really special. Him and Jay [Cutler] have a great rapport."

Fitzgerald, who is tied for the NFL lead with seven receiving touchdowns on 55 catches for 706 yards, went on to provide another bold prediction.

"When they get Kevin White back healthy again with the group of guys they have there, it's going to be fun to watch the Bears for a long time to come."

Jeffery has been on a terror the past two weeks, hauling in 18 catches for 263 yards and a pair of touchdowns since returning from a hamstring injury. White, the Bears 2015 first round draft pick has yet to team-up with Jeffery in an NFL game due to a stress fracture in his shin.
