The Tampa Bay Lightning implemented a ticket policy at the beginning of the Stanley Cup Playoffs that limits fans outside of the Florida area to get their hands on them in an effort to preserve a "hometown environment."
Well, it's affecting Blackhawks fans for the Stanley Cup Final, but the NHL commissioner has faith they'll be able to find their way around it.

"If you're a Blackhawks fan and you want to come to a game here, you're going to figure out a way to get a ticket," A smiling Gary Bettman told Comcast SportsNet prior to Game 1 on Wednesday.
The Blackhawks, who are playing in their third Stanley Cup Final in six years, are also being discussed as a potential dynasty if they can capture this year's Stanley Cup. Is that good for hockey or does it disrupt the parity?
