The players' ratification vote will begin at 7 p.m. CT tonight and conclude at 7 a.m. CT on Saturday, according to the NHLPA. The secret ballot vote will be done electronically; once voting closes on Saturday morning, the players' association will send out a release regarding it. Once ratified, NHL training camps will begin on Sunday and the regular season will start on Jan. 19. The Chicago Blackhawks will open at the Los Angeles Kings at 2 p.m. CT on Jan. 19.
