Rose and his son, PJ, were on hand prior to Sunday's Cubs-Pirates tilt at Wrigley Field, and the duo combined to throw out the ceremonial first pitch — though PJ had to be coaxed out to the pitcher's mound.
Rose also got to chat with Cubs skipper Joe Maddon in the dugout.
