AUBURN HILLS, MICH.Bulls center Joakim Noah will his second consecutive game Friday night, due to a sprained right ankle.

Hes out, said Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau prior to the teams matchup with the Central Division rival Detroit Pistons. Hes feeling a lot better. Hes closer, not quite ready.

Well take a look tomorrow.

Noah, who suffered the injury during the fourth-quarter of Mondays home defeat to Philadelphia, didnt participate in the teams Friday morning shootaround at Detroit Country Day School, but Thibodeau didnt rule out that the center could return for Saturday nights home matchup against the Toronto Raptors.

He got his treatment today, said Thibodeau. We just wanted to make sure hes 100 percent before we activate him.

Tomorrow, hell get more treatment, well see how he is with another day of rest and well try again.
