Derrick Rose has missed just seven games in his three-plus seasons with the Bulls and hopes to avoid making it eight. He missed Wednesday's game, suffering a sprain to his left big toe Tuesday in Minnesota and according to the Chicago Tribune he will be a gametime decision vs. the Boston Celtics Friday.

The Tribune reported that Rose participated in portions of the Bulls' morning shootaround and wore a walking boot afterward. Head coach Tom Thibodeau told the Tribune that the boot was precautionary and that he is hopeful.

"He'll warm up and we'll see if he can go," he said. "If he doesn't have any discomfort from this this morning and feels like he's ready to go, he'll start."

The thing with Rose however, is that he'll play through the pain. Do you think he'll be ready to hit the court? Do you think he'll be risking further injury and should he take another day off?
