In order to win at Wrigley in Tuesday night's Game 3 of the NLCS against a 2-0 New York Mets, perhaps the Cubs should channel their inner Blackhawk.
The Blackhawks know the script. They too have trailed behind in a momentous occasion.
In the 2015 Stanley Cup Final, they won Game 1 before losing the next two, putting themselves in dire need of a Game 4 win to avoid a 3-1 series deficit.
So, when a reporter asked coach Joel Quenneville if he had any advice for the Cubs, he ripped out a page of his own book.
"We've been behind before, 2-0, 3-1....3-0... we got ourselves back into it, " he said. "Get some momentum back, get a win and go."
Sounds like a pretty solid plan.
