Before the 2015 MLB season started, Bovada projected the over/under on Cubs wins at 82.5.
The Cubs easily blew that projection out of the water as they finished the regular season with 97 wins.
And after Wednesday's blanking of the Pittsburgh Pirates in the NL wild-card game, Bovada has upped the ante and given the Cubs the third-highest odds to capture the 2015 World Series at 11/2.
The second-best odds? The Cubs NLDS opponent and bitter rival St. Louis Cardinals at 5/1.

Bovada gave the Toronto Blue Jays the best odds to win the World Series at 3/1.
