Craig Sager put $1,000 down on Cubs to win 2016 World Series last year

For 35 straight years, Craig Sager bet on the Cubs to win the World Series.

That's loyalty.

And it paid off.

Sager, a native of Batavia, Ill., was so confident in the Cubs winning it all in 2016 that he put down $1,000 in December of last year.

"You gotta think positive," he said.
