While they won't be hosting a postseason game this year, the Cubs will host a movie night at Wrigley Field Oct. 1, with 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' playing at the park, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Chicago-set film.

But it was actually 26 years ago when Ferris and his friends attended a Cubs game, according to Baseball Prospectus' Larry Granillo. No word if the Cubs will bring in the likes of Claudell Washington, Paul Zuvella, Leon Durham and Davey Lopes to re-create the foul ball scene.

But the event will attempt re-create the famous "Danke Schn" scene, as there will be a group-singing of the song prior to the screening.

Tickets are priced at 10, 25 and 75 and can be purchased on Groupon, the official website of the Cubs and the Wrigley Field box office.
