Eddie Vedder performs to keep Cubs after party going at Jon Lester's house

Eddie Vedder was left speechless moments after the Cubs eliminated the St. Louis Cardinals in the NLDS, but it didn't stay that way for long.

The Pearl Jam frontman joined the Cubs at Jon Lester's house for the after party, and put on a mini performance — while wearing a Cubs batting helmet — for the team to keep the celebration going.

Vedder, a lifelong Cubs fan, performed the song, "All the Way," which was released in 2008 that anticipates the Cubs' next World Series win. The Cubs joined him, shouting the lyrics, "someday we'll go all the way!"

And it may not be long before that happens.
