Bastian Schweinsteiger's contract with the Chicago Fire hadn't been made official yet, but the German midfielder already was saying thank you and good bye to Manchester United's fans.
Schweinsteiger tweeted out a video to thank Man United fans and announce he was moving to the Fire.
"I really wish I could have done more for you, but it was time for me to make a change," Schweinsteiger said in the video.
Some of his teammates at Manchested United, including Wayne Rooney, also tweeted about Schweinsteiger's move.
