ESPNFC took on the job of ranking the top 30 players in Major League Soccer and the Chicago Fire were well represented.

Four Fire players made the list and all four were inside the top 20. Two, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Dax McCarty, made the top 10.

Schweinsteiger came in at No. 4. His arrival in March has revitalized the club and helped the Fire become a contender this year.

The German, who just celebrated his 33rd birthday on Tuesday, was only behind New York City FC's David Villa, Toronto FC's Sebastian Giovinco and Portland's Diego Valeri.

McCarty came in at No. 9. McCarty is also a newcomer to the Fire this season and has earned his way onto the U.S. national team this year.

Next up for the Fire was Nemanja Nikolic. Nikolic leads the league with 16 goals and is the third Fire newcomer on the list. He is also an All-Star along with Schweinsteiger and McCarty.

David Accam rounded out the Fire's representation on the list. He was ranked 19th after causing a stir after being upset that he did not make the All-Star Game.

With four players on the list, the Fire had more than any other team.
