White Sox outfielder Avisail Garcia will make his return to the lineup on Sunday when the South Siders take on the Minnesota Twins.
Garcia missed the past two games with right knee inflammation.
White Sox manager Robin Ventura said before Sunday's lineup came out that he didn't anticipate Garcia being out for an extended period of time.
“He could go today” Ventura said. “If he feels good enough, if (White Sox trainer Herm Schneider is) giving him the clearance enough to if he feels good that he should play today."
Garcia is having early success in 2015, hitting .319 with four home runs and 18 RBIs. J.B. Shuck started in his place in the first two games of the series against the Twins, going 3-for-6 and driving in the game-winning run with a sac fly Friday.

Hectic road trip awaits
The postponement of multiple games during the White Sox series in Baltimore earlier this month has made the team's upcoming road trip quite complicated.
Two contests against the Orioles were postponed due to unrest in Baltimore when the White Sox visited Camden Yards, forcing a double-header this week.
After a three-game set with the Blue Jays in Toronto, the White Sox head to Baltimore for that double-header on Thursday and then fly to Houston for a weekend series against the Astros.
Pitcher Hector Noesi, who has appeared a few times out of the bullpen since returning from his back injury, will get the start on Monday, while John Danks, Jeff Samardzija and Chris Sale will follow in that order.
As for the second game of the double-header against the O's, Ventura has decided to keep his choice close to the vest.
“I totally know,” Ventura said with a smile. “But I don’t want to say it yet. ... It will be someone on our 40-man roster.”
