Road Ahead: White Sox return home to face Yankees, Braves

Share

CSN's Chuck Garfien and Bill Melton discuss the White Sox upcoming matchup against the Yankees and Braves in this week's Road Ahead, presented by Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana Honda dealers.

The White Sox closed out the weekend by winning their fourth straight series.

Beginning Monday on Comcast SportsNet, the White Sox will return home to face the New York Yankees for a three-game set, followed by the Atlanta Braves.

The challenging part for the South Siders is that they'll face the Yankees without Chris Sale and Jose Quintana, who pitched on Saturday and Sunday against the Houston Astros. Robin Ventura & Co. will turn to James Shields, Carlos Rodon and Miguel Gonzalez against the visitors.

Something to watch for: the White Sox have hit 15 straight solo homers, tying a franchise record. They'll look to continue that streak on Monday.
