CSN's Chuck Garfien and Bill Melton look ahead to the South Siders' final three weeks of the season in the latest White Sox Road Ahead, presented by Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Honda Dealers.
The White Sox are now playing for 2016, and that means September call-ups will get more serious looks with an eye toward the future.

Melton said that Trayce Thompson and Erik Johnson should give Robin Ventura and Rick Hahn an extended look as they plead their case to making the 2016 Opening Day roster.
"I wish in September we didn't have to bring guys up who had to play every day to see if they can find a way to get on that roster next year. I wish it was just in case somebody got injured that can go in the game," Melton said. "White Sox aren't in that position. Both of those guys are really kind of showing now that when you go to Spring Training, you'll get a longer look."
