Ventura helps make a dream come true

In the eyes of one young White Sox fan, Robin Ventura might not have to do much winning on the South Side after winning her over earlier in the week.

Nine-year-old Emily Beazley is a White Sox fan who has stage three Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Her only wish was to act in a play. On Wednesday, she got the chance to do so in the Goodman Theater Production of A Christmas Carol."

But Emily didn't want to act alone. She wanted a member of her beloved White Sox to share the stage with her, and thanks to the Make-A-Wish foundation, her dream came true.
