Want to live in the home of a World Series MVP? You can now turn that dream into a reality (for a couple million dollars), as the Chicago Tribune reports Ben Zobrist’s North Center home has been put on the market.
Per a Redfin listing that matches the Tribune’s report, Zobrist’s 6-bed, 4.5-bath, 4,800 sq.ft. home is available for an asking price just under $2.1 million. In addition, the listing says Zobrist’s home features a front parlor room, large living room and dining room, and a “top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen.” The primary bedroom also includes two walk-in closets, plus a “spa-like” bathroom with a soaking tub and separate steam shower.
Zobrist played for the Cubs from 2016-2019 and was named World Series MVP in 2016. Over his four seasons in Chicago he slashed .269/.362/.411 with 40 homers and 201 RBI. He was also a pivotal member of the 2015 World Series winning Royals.
