If you can’t go to a baseball game this summer, would you want a proxy to sit in your seat instead?

That’s an option Oakland A’s fans will have this season, according to reporter Alden Gonzalez.

It’s a cool idea, and a great way to raise money for charity, especially if your cutout “catches” a foul ball.

Leaves fans wondering if they can get anything else with the upcharge though, like prime scout seats so that you can see your cutout on TV.

Maybe the trend will make its way to Chicago before Opening Day, but until then the best any MLB fan is to send a cutout version of themselves to Oakland.
