Calvin Johnson and Cam Newton went head-to-head for the honor of being pictured on the cover of Madden '13, and a short time ago, EA Sports announced Johnson was the winner.

Johnson has played for the Lions since 2007, recording 366 total receptions in 76 games played. He averaged 11 yards per carry throughout the 2011 season.
