Jerry Tillery has owned up and apologized for his unsportsmanlike actions in Saturday's loss to USC.

The Notre Dame defensive tackle released this statement Monday via his personal Twitter:

Tillery was seen kicking the head of Trojans running back Aca'Cedric Ware and also stomped on the foot of offensive lineman Zach Banner, which resulted in an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
