From Comcast SportsNetINDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Peyton Manning says he has no plans to retire and that his recovery from neck surgery is on schedule. Manning told a group of reporters that he threw on Tuesday morning and the session went well. As for talk about his retirement, Manning says it's premature. It's been a tumultuous month for the Colts, and Manning continued to cast a shadow over this week's Super Bowl, the first in Indianapolis. Most of the Patriots and Giants say they're not paying attention to speculation that Manning's career could be over, but it's hard to miss. After last week's public spat between the Colts quarterback and team owner Jim Irsay, the two issued a joint statement in hopes of tamping down publicity leading up to the Super Bowl. It's not working.

Early Sunday morning, Adam Schefter -- as he's been known to do -- dropped *quite* the tweet:
Steelers now listening to trade offers for RB Le’Veon Bell, league sources tell ESPN.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) September 23, 2018
While not entirely surprising, the report is the strongest indication yet that Bell's days in Pittsburgh are numbered.
So, where's Bell going to go? What does this mean for the NFC North? Which regional sports network will spend the afternoon photoshopping their team's jersey onto him?
Because of the cap space that a player of Bell's caliber takes up, there are only a handful of teams that make sense for Bell:
Le’Veon Bell is due $11.98M for the rest of this season. As things currently stand: these teams have $12M+ in cap space: Browns, Colts, Texans, Titans, Cowboys, 49ers, Jets and Jaguars. https://t.co/aw5YOhIzO5— Field Yates (@FieldYates) September 23, 2018
You'll note that none of those teams are in the NFC North. In fact, only two of them are in the NFC at all. Interestingly enough, oddsmaker Oddshark lists the Packers as having the 4th best chances of landing the All-Pro:
Odds for what team Le'Veon Bell will be on after the 2018 trade deadline (@betmybookie):— OddsShark (@OddsShark) September 23, 2018
Any other team +400 https://t.co/iGJmy2he54
Kudos to the NFL for taking a page out of the NBA's trade rumor book; we're extremely here for gossip.
