School: Glenbard East

Head coach: John Walters

Assistant coaches: Joe Cristina, Bob Stone, Tony Bartoltta, Kevin Kane, Jim Walker, Jeff Cherry, Dennis Lueck, Matt Lahey, Bruce Fisher

How they fared in 2015: 4-5 (2-3) Upstate 8 Valley Conference. Glenbard East failed to qualify for the 2015 IHSA state playoffs.

Biggest storyline in 2016: Can the Rams reload for 2016?

Names to watch this season: OL TJ Walsh; OL Adam Armstrong

Biggest holes to fill:  Glenbard East welcomes back just two starters on each side of the football from a season ago.

EDGY's Early Take: Glenbard East has been on an upswing over the past handful of seasons and came within an overtime loss to West Aurora of making the IHSA state playoffs for the first time since 1999. Look for the Rams to continue to challenge for a state playoff spot in 2016.
