How they fared in 2015: 4-5 (2-5) Southwest Suburban Blue. The Tigers missed the IHSA state playoff field in 2015.
Biggest storyline in 2016: Can the Tigers compete for a conference title in their new conference home the Southwest Prairie conference?
Names to watch this season: QB Jaxon Aubry WR/RB Kevon Davis
Biggest holes to fill: Joliet West suffered a huge mid-season blow last fall when senior QB Alex Tibble was lost for the year because of injury. Tibble was a three year varsity starter and leader on and off the field for the Tigers.
EDGY's Early Take: Joliet West and head coach Jason Aubry has started to get the Tigers program headed in the right direction over the past few seasons. Moving from the rugged Southwest Suburban Blue (LW East/H-F/Bolingbrook) to the Southwest Prairie starting this fall should be nothing but a positive for Joliet West football.
