Most of the top 25 remains the same but this week is very busy with a lot of tournament action.
25. Jacobs (22-1, 11-1) (NR)
The Golden Eagles are back in the CSN Preps Power Rankings as they continue to win games. This Friday is an important game for Jacobs as they go on the road at Prairie Ridge. The Wolves gave Jacobs their only loss of the season so this one will decide the Fox Valley.
24. Uplift (21-5, 10-0) (5)
The Titans suffered a disappointing second-round loss to Farragut in the Public League Playoffs as they have some major question marks heading into the Class 2A playoffs. Uplift has off this week as they try to fix things in practice.
23. Naperville North (19-4, 11-2) (NR)
Thirteen consecutive wins has the Huskies in the CSN Preps Power Rankings as they've been playing very well since Holiday Tournament time. Naperville North has home games against Naperville Central and Waubonsie Valley this week.
22. Notre Dame (21-5, 5-2) (23)
The Dons continue to pile up wins as they defeated Marian Central and Von Steuben during the week. Notre Dame takes on Nazareth at home during the week.
21. T.F. North (19-3, 11-0) (22)
Huge South Suburban Blue win for T.F. North over Hillcrest as they try to stay ahead in the conference race. The Meteors head to T.F. South for a conference game and they also have a non-conference game at Rantoul this week.
20. Joliet Central (20-3, 10-1) (21)
Joliet Central had an easy win over Plainfield North as the Steelmen reached the 20-win mark. This is an important week for Joliet Central as they play at Oswego on Tuesday and host No. 7 Joliet West on Saturday.
19. Kenwood (18-6, 8-2) (20)
The Broncos survived the toughest second-round test with a tight win over Bogan as they also ran past Collins in the first round. Kenwood gets a shot at No. 6 Whitney Young in the Public League Playoff quarterfinals this week.
18. Benet 19-6, 3-3 (20)
Overtime was needed for Benet to survive St. Charles North but they'll take another solid win. Benet hits the road twice this week in conference play to face Carmel and Joliet Catholic. The Redwings have won five straight games.
17. Conant (22-4, 7-2) (18)
Winners of seven consecutive games, Conant has been playing really good ball lately. The Cougars earned a quality road win at St. Patrick this weekend to go along with wins over Larkin and Palatine. The Cougars play Schaumburg in conference play this week.
16. Brother Rice (22-3, 7-0) (18)
The Crusaders are heading to the semifinals of the Catholic League Tournament after wins over Marmion and St. Laurence. Brother Rice will face St. Joseph in the semifinals this week.
15. North Lawndale (20-6, 7-3) (16)
The Phoenix were also tested in the second round of the Public League Playoffs as they beat Lincoln Park after rolling by DuSable in the opening round. North Lawndale will get a major showdown with Morgan Park in the Public League quarterfinals.
14. Prospect (21-4, 8-1) (15)
The Knights have put together an 11-game winning streak as they beat Elk Grove and Niles North this week. A rivalry game against Hersey this week should be a good test for the Knights.
13. Orr (16-4, 8-2) (14)
Orr advanced to the quarterfinals of the Public League Playoffs with wins over Phillips and Harlan. The Spartans get a major test in the quarterfinals as they head on the road to play at No. 2 Curie.
12. Fenwick (21-4, 9-0) (13)
The Friars have advanced to the semifinals of the Catholic League Tournament with wins over St. Francis de Sales and Bishop McNamara. Fenwick will get a solid test in the semifinals with a game against Loyola.
11. Thornton (17-4, 9-0) (12)
The Wildcats beat Bradley-Bourbonnais and Andrew last week as they have a big week of road games. Thornton will head to Lincoln-Way Central and Bloom this week.
10. Geneva (26-0, 10-0) (11)
Geneva had another solid win in conference play over St. Charles East as they continue to stay unbeaten. The Vikings have another solid test this week when they play St. Charles North on the road.
9. Wheaton-Warrenville South (25-1, 14-0)
Two more double-digit wins for the Tigers as they dispatched Naperville Central and Waubonsie Valley. Wheaton-Warrenville South has another winnable game at home against Metea Valley this week.
8. Fremd (24-0, 9-0) (9)
The Vikings stayed unbeaten with wins over Glenbrook North and Hoffman Estates as they continue to play stellar defense. Fremd will face Palatine this week.
7. Joliet West (20-3, 11-0) (8)
Last week proved to be easy for the Tigers as they had a big win over Plainfield Central in the Southwest Prairie. This week gets significantly tougher for the Tigers as they host 20-win Minooka in a conference clash before traveling to crosstown rival and No. 20 Joliet Central for another big conference game on Saturday.
6. Whitney Young (19-5, 9-1) (7)
The Dolphins ran past Robeson and Prosser to advance to the quarterfinals of the Public League Playoffs. Whitney Young gets a tough one with No. 19 Kenwood this week.
5. Evanston (21-3, 9-0) (6)
Big week for the Wildkits after an easy win over Glenbrook South. The Wildkits get Maine South at home and then their biggest local test of the season with No. 4 Simeon this weekend at the City/Suburban Showdown.
4. Simeon (21-2, 8-2) (4)
The Wolverines cruised to the wins in the Public League Playoffs over Schurz and Westinghouse as they advanced to the quarterfinals. Simeon will host Farragut in the quarters are the Admirals upset Red-North champion Uplift.
3. Morgan Park (17-4, 9-1) (3)
Morgan Park took down Mather and Marshall in the Public League Playoffs to move on to this week. The Mustangs will get to host No. 15 North Lawndale and they also face Stevenson next weekend.
2. Curie (22-2, 10-0) (2)
Curie had big wins over Clemente and Brooks to open the Public League Playoffs as they find themselves facing No. 13 Orr in the quarterfinals next week.
1. Bolingbrook (23-0, 8-0) (1)
Bolingbrook continues to look incredibly strong as senior Nana Akenten is playing really well lately. The Raiders beat Stagg and Homewood-Flossmoor in convincing fashion last week. They hit the road to face Lincoln-Way East this week.
