Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker may be running for office, but he's also become a part of the discussion to finance the proposed $500 million arena in downtown Milwaukee to move the Bucks out of the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
As CSN Business Insider Rick Horrow tells us, top priorities are elsewhere in the Badger State and for now, the city will hold off.
"In Milwaukee, Gov. Scott Walker says, 'We know the arena needs to be publicly funded or part of it, but we can't do it now,'" Horrow said.
Elsewhere around the league, the other bottom line is NBA feet.
"Stephen Curry signs a huge deal with Under Armour; you've also got a commitment from Stacks being the first NBA sock provider," Horrow added. "And in a recent deal, Dr. Scholl's just signed on for a three-year commitment to be the official foot care provider for the NBA.
"The bottom line is this: Big feet means more money for the NBA."
