With training camp days away, the Bulls have added another guard to the depth chart.

The Windy City Bulls made a deal for local product Milton Doyle. In order to acquire his rights from the Nets, they sent away the returning player rights for JaKarr Sampson and the fourth pick in the G League Draft to the Raptors.

Doyle is a product of Marshall High School in Chicago, the same high school as NBA guard Patrick Beverley.

Doyle played 10 games for the Brooklyn Nets in the 2017-18 season, averaging 3.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1 assist in 12.5 minutes per game. He shot 27.7 percent from the field and 17.4 percent from 3-point range.

Doyle, 6-foot-4, enrolled at Kansas out of high school, but never played for the Jayhawks. He transferred to Loyola, sitting out a year before playing all four years with the Ramblers. He averaged double figures in scoring each season. He left the program the year before the Ramblers made the Final Four.

Doyle, 25, went undrafted and split his time between the NBA and the G League as a rookie. Last year he went abroad to play with UCAM Murcia in Spain.
