Here's your daily update on what the White Sox highly touted prospects are doing in the minor leagues.

Double-A Birmingham

Seby Zavala returned from the disabled list and immediately banged out three hits in a 7-1 win. Zack Collins had two hits including a double and walked, also driving in a pair of runs and scoring one. Dane Dunning was terrific on the mound, striking out nine hitters during his seven innings of one-run ball. He's got a 3.03 ERA and 40 strikeouts in seven Double-A starts.

Class A Kannapolis

Kade McClure, the White Sox sixth-round pick from a year ago, will miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury. He was having a nice season, with a 3.02 ERA in eight starts and 42 strikeouts in 41.2 innings,

Meanwhile, Luis Gonzalez doubled in Wednesday's 9-8 win.

Triple-A Charlotte

Carson Fulmer made his second start with the Knights since being sent down by the White Sox earlier this month. After walking six batters in that first start, Fulmer issued four more walks in this one, a 5-0 loss. He allowed three runs on five hits and struck out seven in six innings, with those walks remaining a big concern.

Class A Winston-Salem

Luis Alexander Basabe had a triple and a walk in a 3-0 loss. Alex Call had two hits, Micker Adolfo had one and Blake Rutherford walked.
