Daily White Sox prospects update: Eloy Jimenez homers again, Jordan Stephens and Spencer Adams turn in real good outings

Here's your daily update on what the White Sox highly touted prospects are doing in the minor leagues.

Double-A Birmingham

Eloy Jimenez hit a three-run home run to provide all the scoring in a 3-0 win. That long ball was Jimenez's 10th of the season in just 38 games. He's slashing .331/.373/.623 this season. Also in this one, Spencer Adams was spectacular with eight shutout innings. He allowed just two hits and walked none.

Triple-A Charlotte

Jordan Stephens made another fine outing at the Triple-A level in this 6-2 win, allowing just two runs over six innings, walking none. In four starts since being promoted from Double-A, Stephens has a 2.59 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 24.1 innings.

Class A Winston-Salem

Luis Alexander Basabe and Alex Call each doubled in a 3-2 win. Basabe drove in two runs, and Micker Adolfo added a walk.
