Game summary: On a picture perfect Sunday at Guaranteed Rate Field, the White Sox came in looking for a much-needed series split with the Texas Rangers and they got it. The Sox offense exploded for 10 runs with five home runs, the first of which came in the first inning from a slumping Yoan Moncada.
Moncada pulverized a blast into the right field bleachers for his sixth home run of the season. He entered the game 3-for-20 in his last five games before going 2-for-4 Sunday.
In the third, the Sox offense got another boost, this time from a Yasmani Grandal three-run shot. The catcher's eighth long ball of the season put the Sox up 4-1. An inning later, the Sox played home run derby, going back-to-back-to-back, starting with Luis Robert's second homer of year.
Former Ranger Nomar Mazara then went deep and Nick Madrigal capped off the inning by taking Lance Lynn deep for his third home run in as many days. The rookie's blast ended Lynn’s day after 3+ innings and seven earned runs.
Mazara got more revenge on his former team in the fifth with a three-run homer, giving the South Siders a 10-1 advantage. It's a welcome sight for Mazara, who's struggled in the early parts of this season.

Notable performance: Dallas Keuchel picked up his first win in a White Sox uniform on Sunday. The lefty was sharp against a former division foe, going six innings while only allowing three hits and one earned run with three punch outs. He probably could’ve gone deeper in the game but was hindered by four walks early in the contest.
Next game: Monday, April 20 - Game 23: Royals at White Sox (Danny Duffy, 1-0, 2.52 ERA vs Gio Gonzalez, 1-0, 1.59 ERA)
